Located in Southbroom, on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal, the White Shores conference venue offers conferencing facilities for up to 15 delegates. Positioned on a headland above the beach, this stunning South Coast conference venue is only an hour and a half from Durban; 12 km from Margate and 23 km from Port Shepstone. Although access is by road only, conference delegates can fly to Durban (SAA and many other airlines). We can arrange for transfers from Margate Airport to Southbroom.
White Shores is an upmarket Guest House with 8 guestrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, direct access to a private beach and secure parking. As mentioned above, our conference venue can seat up to 15 delegates. Although we do have a standard offer (listed below), we are happy to tailor our conferencing package to your needs.
For only R250-00 per person per day for a "DAY CONFERENCE" we will include:
• Data Projector / screen / White board / Flipchart / DVD player
• Mid-morning break: tea / coffee/ pastries
• Lunch (please see conference lunch menu)
• Afternoon break: tea / coffee/ biscuits
• Mineral water / Peppermints
• Pen / Notepad
Dinner can be arranged for conference delegates; or you can have a braai / barbeque overlooking the ocean; or you eat at one of Southbroom's local restaurants.
Breakfast can be arranged for day conference delegates at an extra charge of R65 per person.
Prior notice must be given for groups of 5 or more to ensure availability.
WEDDINGS & FUNCTIONS
The conferencing facilities can also be used as a "small" intimate function and wedding venue.
White Shores requires a 50% (non-refundable) deposit to confirm your conference booking (Provisional Bookings will only be held for three days) and the balance to be paid prior to conference delegateís arrival.
